Here, we create a detailed individual skills sheet, covering everything from basic IT literacy to web application development, front-end development, and utilization of AI libraries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For companies considering hiring INIAD graduates&#8230;<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>We ask you to submit a skills sheet detailing the specific skills your company is looking for. Based on this skills sheet, we introduce students who are considered to have a particularly high aptitude to each company for selection through information sessions and internships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By conducting such detailed matching, we can introduce graduates who are a better fit for each company than through conventional school recommendations, making it a true win-win system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Employment Record<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In past years, approximately 97.5% of graduates seeking employment have successfully found jobs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While many find employment as engineers in private companies in the IT industry, we have also produced many graduates who go on to work for private companies outside the IT industry, such as in construction, and for government agencies, due to the expectations for DX.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>INIAD graduates utilize their&nbsp; Specialized Skills (specialized knowledge and skills in the ICT field), Global Skills (global communication skills), and Networking Skills (the ability to solve problems as a team) to succeed in many areas of society.
